At 3 or 4 years old, the focus is set on the motor skills development with many different exercises/drills with or without a racket, with specific equipment for the youngest (soft balls, small courts, colorful target markers...).
At this age, students can’t concentrate for a long time, those fun and challenging games change every ten minutes. Some routines are created to make the children more confident.
From 5 to 10 years old, those exercises become progressively more difficult: the teacher is technically or strategically more exigent in order to make the children improve...always in a positive, energetic and happy environment.
The teacher is able to feel when, how and for which child he can increase the level of the exercises always considering the children success a primary objective.
